Notary Fees and Payments

$5 per notarial act/signature
Travel/ Convenience fee – $35 & up*

Payment details must be confirmed prior to signings and scheduled notary appointments. We accept cash and credit/ debit card as forms of payment. 

What To Expect With Notary Services

As per Virginia law, all signers must personally appear before the notary and present government issued photo identification. The name on the identification must match the name printed on the document.
Accepted forms of identification for having notarial services performed include the following:

  • State issued driver’s license
  • State issued identification card
  • United States military card
  • United States passport
  • Certificate of United States citizenship
  • Certificate of naturalization
  • Alien registration card with photograph
  • Unexpired foreign passport

A notary may refuse to notarize a signature if he or she is uncertain of an individual’s identity, or if the notary is uncomfortable with the validity of the identification documents.

How The Mobile Notary Process Works

STEP 1

You contact us and let us know what mobile notary or loan signing services you need and we will schedule the time and place that works for you.

Step 2

We gather and print* your documents as needed and prepare for our meeting. Typically there is a print fee based on how many pages are being provided.

STEP 3

We meet at prearranged location. You show ID then read and sign your documents and we stamp as needed. Check the documents and your done.
