Chrystal Boyd, founder and owner of CB’s Notary Services, LLC. I was born and raised in Newport News, VA where I graduated from Menchville High School, and I attended Thomas Nelson Community College for Business Administration. Upon receiving my associates degree, I later attended Devry University and obtained my Bachelor’s Degree with a minor in Accounting. My passion has always been in business, and I always had an entrepreneur spirit growing up.

I have worked in Customer Service and Management for 20+ years in the wireless and financial industry. I always had a business mindset but later, my son was born in 2009 and diagnosed with Autism. My priorities changed with being a single mom and taking care of my child’s special needs with his therapies. I knew at that moment it was time for me to make a life change so I can have more flexibility and freedom of being my own boss so I can be there for my family. I am personally committed to making sure that each notarial service is completed properly the first time to ensure we provide top notch services. My Vision
The thought of being a Notary came about when I had to get my license for my employer. Suddenly, it was like a lightbulb went off for me. I did my research and realized this opportunity would allow me to have a career that will service my community but also allow me to be there for my family without having to make so many sacrifices.
My Goal
My daily goal is to properly represent you with integrity, professionalism and maintain high customer satisfaction standards. I take pride in being on time or arriving 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. I review closing documents for accuracy and fax or email every required document immediately after signings completed. Fedex or UPS documents back to the signing company as directed. I look forward to facilitating a smooth loan signing transaction for you and your clients.
